CAKE REQUEST FORM

This form is for a cake order request.

After you’ve submitted the request, I will follow up with an email to confirm I can make the cake and we will discuss any details.
Then, I will send you a Venmo request to purchase the cake.
Cakes must be kept cold after pickup. The flowers will last well up to 10 hours after pickup.
Please note that if you list allergies, I will, of course, not use those in the cake. However, I am not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee your cake won't come into contact with allergens.

Notes on style: My style is based on the flowers and fruits that are available to me seasonally. I will do my best to incorporate your favorite styles and colors, but the decoration is ultimately based on my personal style. I don’t do piped words but I am happy to include a short handwritten note for you. <3
